These shoes are indeed well cushioned. They are really comfortable, and not too heavy, if not the lightest shoe in my rotation. The heel to toe drop takes a little getting used to. They are about a 1/2 size too big based on my size with Asics, but they don't seem to offer the 1/2 size smaller. Overall they look great, and feel great. Excellent value for money.
