This shoe is very comfy, stable and supportive for my easy runs. I can run comfortably on both pavement and trails. The relatively high drop is good for anyone with Achilles issues. It's not a fast shoe though, so I don't use it for races or speed work. The delivery was fast and the service from the shop was excellent
